Had the same problem last year. Replaced master & slave cylinders but clutch would still drop every once in a while. Turns out there was a sharp bend in the copper clutch fluid tubing that was hampering the fluid flow. Wish I had spotted that earlier, but no problems after replacing that bit of pipe!

Hey Vincent!!!! Awesome stuff man. Do you give package prices for your V-DAWG goodies? I'm interested in the following... 1) shift boot/armrest cover/e-brake boot (Black on Black) 2) Spoiler raiser blocks 3) Front Splitters (if they will fit on st205...will they?). Ship to Manila, Philippines. Thanks!

Hey 95st-celica and pittfirefighter! Thanks for the replies. No codes thrown so far, will try post a vid soon. Heat shield...temp gauge never goes beyond half, even after hard driving, unless you mean it might be the heat shield itself rattling? Damn i never thought of checking there, thanks!

Hey All!

Hoping to find a little help here.. Bought a Jap ST205 3 years ago, 70,000 km on the dial. I have kept it stock except for suspension and rims/tyres and exhaust. Have been noticing a sound at 2500-3500 RPM (in any gear, especially audible on hard pulls i.e. when I really mash the go pedal). Kinda sounds like little lead pellets falling on an aluminum sheet. Sound disappears when the revs reach 4000 and above. I always thought this might be some under pinnings rattling but now I'm fearing it might be actually be pinging and causing long term damage to the motor.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!
