well honestly it depends on what your actually putting in your car
if you want the whold sub/amp box in your car... not the easiest idea

but if you want only the sub, and you'll use a car audio amp to power it... well

i have a home theater sub in my celica and it sounds AMAZING i hit over 130 dB with it
i paid 200 for the sb and about 300 for my 1200 RMS amp.

Where is the stock amp located?

it looks good, however its going to be pretty tucked in. It has an offset of 47. I went from the oem offset of 38 to 45 and i definitely need spacers...

so if your going to do it, start researching about spacers, or need to look for rims with offset similar to oem...

btw here is how 45 offset looks

ok sweet thanks for the info and the pic... btw what size spacers do you think i should get to make it look flush with the sides?

intake and exhaust (if you don't mind the sound)..
that's about it, otherwise turbo or swap it.

i would start off with suspension before anything... lowering springs, strut bars, etc

what kind of exhaust would you advise for an st engine?

Stock. Go with suspension and wheel / tire upgrades and call it a day.

Thx for the info. Whats the best place to shop for parts?
