Sometimes when my 6G won't start (it's an automatic) I would have to giggle the shifter forward and back while turning the key to the start position and then it would start  I took the plastic trim off around the shifter to see if it might be a loose connection, but all I saw was a steel cable, that looks like it leads to tranny. I am baffled at this point.Has anyone ever had this problem? 95% it's right up The other 5% I have to sit there for a 2 -3 minutes giggling the shifter and turning the key. Any information to this fix or the cause would be great ... Thanks ... |

I have a 94 GT ... Went to go do a tune up (the car was running a bit weird, like the timing was off or there was moister in the cap/rotor) and I pulled the spark plugs and the two middle plugs were soaked with oil  Is it time for a motor rebuild or is this just a seal/gasket issue? It has 142, xxx miles on the engine & chassis. I pulled the valve cover off to try and see if there were any cracks along those long tubes (the ones the spark plug goes down) Any inofrmation would help ... Thanks ... |
