Anyone know how the front rotor comes off ? (1995 6th Gen Jap Import).
As I need to take it off to replace a snapped wheel stud.
I've heard that they just slide off, or if they are a bit tight there are some tapped holes where you insert a couple of bolt's, then you tighten the bolt's up & the rotor gradually comes off.
Is this the correct way ?
I've tried this way but the bolt's feel tight & I don't want to snap them.
Or has anybody got any other idea's.
Thanks in advance guy's.

Hi Guy's,
I have a Celica GT Jap Import does anybody know which wire's are which on a 4 wire O2 sensor, I have 2 black, 1 white,1 blue.
I need to replace my O2 sensor & I can get one but I have to wire it up to my existing plug socket.
The one I have been offered has the following wires,

1 signal (black)
1 12v supply (white)
2 earth (1 grey and 1 white)

I own a ST202 Celica (Jap Import) & live in the UK & my car has just failed an emissions test.
I have been told that the problem could be with the Oxygen Sensor, has anyone out there had this problem as these are quite expensive & I don't want to buy one & find out that it is something else.
I have been quoted about £140 from a Toyota Dealer.

Thanks in advance guy's mad.gif

On my 1995 GT Jap import under the steering by the hood release catch there is a switch which I'm told is the panic button, but next to that is another switch which is a rocker type switch that when you flick up it illuminates red.
I got in touch with the guy who sold it to me & he said he doesn't know what it's for either.
Under my seat there are some wires which could be heated seat's but they are not connected, could it possibly be the switch for these. ?
Anyone got any idea's ?

I've finally sorted it out.
Remove front seat, remove trim so that you can pull back the carpet, the filler flap release & the boot (trunk) release are attached together on a bracket, the bracket is bolted to the body by one bolt, undo bolt & pull out the mechanism, fix mechanism then put in back in place.
The trouble with mine was that the spring had come off as there is a spring for each lever,I put back the spring, returned it all to it's original position, pulled the lever & hey presto it worked.
I only bought the car on Friday & it was low on fuel, I thought I'd never be able to fill it up.
Anyway I thought that I would post this in case anybody else had this problem in the future.

Yes Birmingham in the U.K.
I was wondering what actually lock's the filler flap, is it a small bar of some kind that when you pull the lever it actually slides the bar out of the way.
I can get to the cable if I remove the front seat & I might be able to pull it open, but if the cable has broken I might have problem's.
My fuel flap is on the passenger side (right hand drive) & as I look at it I wondered which way it opened ie; left to right or vice versa because if I have to prise it open I want to make sure I am going the right way.
It's a geat start to my Celica motoring as I only got the car yesterday & need to put some fuel in it.

1995 GT Japanese Import.

Having just bought a 1995 Celica GT I am having problems opening the filler flap.
On pulling on the release cable I heard a snap & sound's like the cable or the plastic lever has broke.
Till I get round to fitting a new cable or lever does anyone know of any way that I can open it so that I can fill it up with fuel.

Cheers in advance.
