QUOTE(presure2 @ Mar 29, 2008 - 1:44 PM) crankshaft, are you a vendor? or the machinist on these parts? sorry if i come of as abit rude, call me a bit overcautious when we have someone join just to sell 1000's of $ worth of parts, while not even providing detailed pictures of EACH part. keep all the parts in one thread, there is no need for several. I had alot of cars porsches tr6 maserati avanti corvettes just to name a few and no room any more. after being here for2 years one day I saw some older gentleman driving a 92 rhd mr2 turbo and had to have it. I pulled the man over took it for a ride and confiscated his car, naturally I had cut him a check. a couple of months later I installed an apexi avcr 550 injectors and worked ecu and a cat delete, drove it for 2 or 3 days loved it and wanted more. the motor had 105,000 km so decided to overhaul just for a mild build with good pistons and to free up the air flow a bit. well that didnt go down like that. I wound up going all out just not to want more later. I could foresee myself wanting more down the line and figured I better take care of my addiction with this little car once and for all. At first i tried giong to local mr2 guys and performance stores , heck I wanted to pay to get it done. I wasnt getting what I wanted from these folks, you tell them you want this and they try to give that. enough is enough Ill do it myself. so I did being that I am affeliated with and have full access and I mean full acces to several machine shops in my area I made a kit for my car and figured Id share it the toyota community. Along my build I also found areas in much need of improvement and very limited in the aftermarket. I am at the present time working with fabricators on new developments that will solve some performance issues while being very cost effective. Im not doing it entirely for the money that just comes with the territory........ At the present time I have 1 stroker kit ready to ship that is dispayed. one 2.0 knifed crank that is no longer displayed and one 2.2 stroker crank identicle to the one in the kit thats why I only shot a pic of the kit and that crank by itself. if I would have shot a pic of the 2;2 not in the kit it would have still looked the same its identicle................... I should have introduced myself. So now I have Thanx |

I understand the way you feel and im sorry. but the fact is if you look again youll notice its not the same stuff. i may have used some of the same 2.2 crank pictures to show bolt pattern on the stroker cranks and kit. but im not selling the same stuff one is a complete stroker kit, one is a 2.2 stroker crankshaft and one is a 2.0 3sgte crankshaft. clearly not the same items at all, three separate items :one stroker kit, one stroker crank and one stock crank. Clearly not the same thing I dont understand your point of view.but none the less I am ver sorry I thought perhaps your community could apprecciate the best quality and craftsmanship. once again Im sorry
Your right after thinking about it i could have put it all together. Sorry to hear your entrepreneurship being brought to a halt.. would you take core return on this kit as well?
|

This is out of a 92 JDM RHD MR2 Turbo (my personal car). This crank has been baked to relieve stress, Knife-Edged, Balanced and Polished. Journals are standard size. This crankshaft has never been cut. I am asking $675($575 with a good core return.) The craftsmanship alone is well worth the money. This is a picture of a stock 3sgte crank for comparison. |

The kit includes: 1- a knife-edged,balanced, lightened and polished crankshaft, with correct journal size. (Baked to relieve stress) 2- Custom CP 9:1 Comp. 86.5mm .20 over Stroker Pistons 3-Rings 4-Eagle 4340 H-beam connecting rods 5-ACL main bearrings, ACL connecting rod bearrings and ACL thrust washers Note: an st165 3sgte flywheel or 5sfe flywheel will be needed. I strongly recommend an aftermarket flywheel such as fidanza. The 3sgte is better as you can use a 3sgte clutch. With the 5sfe , you have to use a 5sfe clutch. It is also lighter. $1900 Feel free to ask questions or PM me |
