I have 3 or 4 of these. I don't want much, but due to the size, shipping is expensive. Cost, $100 shipped for the clean ones, $75 shipped for the one that has a dent but still works great. Looks stock from the front grill, very stealth. Here is a picture of someone that did this mod: I will line up all of the cores I have and take actual pictures shortly. |

My cousin came by to show me his new car. He's been through tons of "me not care" types of cars lately. All of a sudden, it's a 6th gen celica (joy!). He's not online yet, but I just got through checking out the car. It's a white 95 GT Auto, if I remember correctly. 5SFE, all stock. I was excited to finally get a chance to modify a 6th gen. I was eager to jump on the exhaust first. However, after looking over the car, I want to change the header first. That huge cat in the header thing has to go immediately. Hopefully, next weekend, we will be able to install a header and midpipe to replace the stock set up and make it 100% bolt on. He just passed smog, so we can get to work. For me, the most important thing is to have it bolt on so he can smog later AND not throw any engine codes. I'm just telling you what we plan to do, I'm not selling anything. Unfortunately, I did not get pics, my camera was a fail today. I just took pictures of the stock exhaust system for reference. Next time I will get pictures of the car. Hopefully next time I can give it a good test drive, I've never driven a 6th gen. We did synthetic oil change with K&N filter and a good tune up is planned. Iridium plugs, cap and rotor have been ordered. I found that he's got a decent oil leak somewhere at the top of the engine. I suspect distributor o-ring to start, and will investigate from there. Let's see if we can wake up this 5SFE! I'm trying to talk him into a 5 speed conversion right now. |

Hopefully 20v is sending over a 7afe header+b pipe, so that may be covered. It has to be an uncut header with b pipe. |

I am hoping for something on the west coast, for easier shipping. I am also hoping for something nearly free + shipping. Hoewver, I don't mind giving you a few bucks for your time of packing it up. If you want to keep it for emissions, I can send it back when I am through with it. I won't modify it, and I will pay shipping both ways. Thx. |

I have not posted anything for sale. I was just looking for a local 6th gen to work with. If you don't want me to post here at all, just let me know. |

Easy way to tell. APEX springs are yellow. APEX'i springs are RED. If they are truly ST185 springs, note that they will lower your car less then the rated amount, because your car is lighter. Here is a picture of REAL APEX'i ST185 springs: My notes show spring rates of 300F and 212R for APEX'i springs. There may have been more then 1 version though. |

I've been getting into the 6th gens lately. I have been talking to another member about possibly getting some parts developed. Is there anyone in San Diego? Note: I posed in off topic because I don't really know if it OK to post anywhere else. I contacted the admin about being here, but have not had a response. |
