Maybe someday it will be worth taking pictures of. Still go alot of work to do. All the stickers match and the only non-original will be the 2nd or 3rd gen I put into it.. |

Hello all, I am a owner of several Toyota's. My newest project is to refurb this old 87 Celica GTS. All original, the interior is perfect.. Used to have a 3SGE motor that I pulled because it had thrown a rod through the block. Needs quite a bit of body work, rust you know. I was looking for body kit but they seem few and far between. I am looking to install a 2nd Gen 3SGTE into it. I thought this forum may be the place to get some questions answered.. Will a 3SGTE bolt into the GTS? Will the GTS 5 speed bolt up without major modifications? Where is a good place to purchase front clips from 6G Celica? Know of any site dedicated to the older (87) body style.. Thanks for the help. After this ones done I may look into a 6G..they are really badd ass lookin cars.. |
