Stick with the clear. Lacquer is not that durable. Do like razor said. I recomend useing 1000 grit paper. wet sand!!! If ya started with a rough surface it will always look rough. you can sand it smooth but it will still look rough. getting it smooth will take a crap ton of clear and alot of elbow grease. If ya want it smooth start all over again. You gotta be patient between coats. Applying coats to fast will give you and orange peel effect.

WHoley Fcukaroni! laugh.gif Nice, now you just gotta get rid of that NOS logo there... wink.gif Then your car will truely be "pimpin" or w/e is cool to say.

did you just paint the dash or is that fiberglass?
Paint. (Might be glazed prior to paint, but judging the rest of the interior, it looks to just be painted. )

NOS Sticker stays. Its a good intimidation factor. And yes the car is on the bottle =-)

dude, mad props... that thing is insane. did you just paint the dash or is that fiberglass?

Its paint Its chameleon. It color shifts from Purple to gold. I only recommend painting the dash like this on a show car for bling factor. There is serious glare when your driving in the sun.
