ok so where exactly is the coolant leval sensor "AFM is malfunctioning. you can do voltage test on the AFM (if you`re not using map sensor). i`m not sure, but maybe fuel filter" st205 run map sensor from factory and i have a new fuel filter in already |

hey everybody let me start by saying my car is a jdm import st205wrc with the 3s-gte engine i live in ireland and always run 99ron fuel my problem is a bit of a odd one to me im getting a miss/hesitation around 3k rpm but not when cold or hot but when its been parked for around ten min after driven and then go driven again and its only there a few min and goes away again iv put in a new fuel pump, dizzy cap, rotar arm, leads, fuel filter all from Mr T ngk plugs no7 iriduim and platinum and checked the timing and all vac pipes has anyone here even come across this before my only other option after this is take it to Ttec |

just a simple question if u disconnect the battery while running a stand alone ecu (ie motec m4) or piggy back (greddy emanage blue) do u loose the mapping or do they have back up power stored |

please refer to my other topic for a reply to this post... your 4th gen won't have the problems that a 1st and 2nd gen will... 4th gen uses a different ignition system altogether... so ur saying its worth given it a go anyway on my car but yes or no on the ignition harness |

ok thank ye very much i guess i should have said it was a 3 the main thing i want is to get the fuleing right without goin stand alone cant afford it my car is a jap import and ment to be running 100ron i think but even running 99ron it has a nasty habbit of blackning the plugs and at 100euro a set its a set i have the e manage thats the only reason id like to fit it but iv got good advice here so far so im taken everything into account |

Ya i read that too but iv also read about ppl saying they were good on other modles but never came accros anyone with first hand experance on a 3sgte is all "i was told by ...." who is that dr tweek anyway has he first hand experance it says there built bad for 3sgte but is he saying there ok for other cars or greddy stuff is crap ?? |

Ok i have a greddy emanage blue and i entend on fitting it over the christmass to my gt4(3sgte) what i want to know is, is there anyone running one perferable in a 3sgte im goin getting it maped on rolling road but are they any good or a waste of time and money iv heard alot of storys good and bad but never off anyone running or had run one in there cars any last words before i go for it |

ok i drive a 94 st205 wrc edition im trying to find out about a little pot on the charge cooler to the right of the turbo between the cooler and dump valve i think it would have something to do with the anti lag but seeing il never be running it i want to remove it but the car wont run right without it even when all the pipes are looped can anyone help |

so im gonna replace the injectors in my 3sgte and am looking at 550cc. right now im prolly only making 250hp or so with a 3" turbo back exhaust, rebuilt ct26 with larger compressor wheel, blaster 2 coil, nology hotwires and nology silver spark plugs D4YS, and a front mount intercooler. anyways will this be to much and run my car rich. what is the stock injector size. i also have a walbro supra fuel pump. Fensport.co.uk are the toyota specialst this side of the globe they dont list 550cc injectors they advise goin 850cc i intend getting a set my self but just not quite yet they work with the factory fuel rail too so why not |

im thinking of getting a greddy piggy back for my st205 but as far as i know toyota have a closed circut ecu so will the piggy back work or will the factory settings keep overideing it ??? |

hey has anyone here removed the charge cooler off a st205 (3s-gte)for a fmic if so how do u bypass the ecu fault code to stop it cutting to safe home mode can u trick the ecu into thanking the charge cooler is still there |

have u the timeing and injection harness fitted too? when u fitted it did the car run ok before u maped it iv just bough one haven fitted it yet tough any hints |
