I'm using 101 octane atm, 97 Octane with Millers +4 for every 20litres, costs a fortune to fill the car, last fill with 3 bottles of octane booster cost me £128 works out at $212.08 at todays rate and that was sunday past i filled. |

that car with 20" is rediculous looking. 18" is the biggest i would put on, thats what i have on my ST205, when i had the ST185CS the biggest would have been 17". I'm function over form every time. |

All GT Fours are 50:50 power spilt and don't have the active differentials like the newer age Subaru and Evo. Hope that answers that question. Secondly can't answer the question for the guys who have done the conversions but my ST205WRC revs to 9500rpm, my rev counter redlines at 7500iirc and only reads to 9000, my avcr keeps me right though. |

well folks as most know the weather was very unpredictable with only a few of the cars turning up, it was still nice to see a few GT Fours together. All in all there was four ST205s there (only got pics of 3) a guy in a ST185 pulled into the forum and went about his business and never even realised there was something going in the same car park but ah well. In the first pic here, we can see our very own 6gc member ferngt4 who was on vacation in Ireland at the time of the meet, so he got up close and personal with a few ST205s that day. As for a few pics Motique paul_gt4 Some random fella from Ballymoney iirc (sorry forgot your name) Darraghs Supra TT |

i believe that if you put lime green it would look ugly, but defiantly different Over here in Euro land all the Vee Dub nuts are doing the fluorescent look on wheels atm. I've even seen a few Evo's sporting bright green, orange, pink, blue wheels you name the colour its happening over here atm. Not to my liking though. |

I'm going to have to start pic whoring here and leave my resurrection thread be. I'm going to offend a few people here, but this is the only non GT Four 6th gen, i would ever say i would drive, it's absolutley stunning love everything about it, colour choice is superb, wheels and ride height suit that car to a tee. The person who built this car has a great vision and imagination on how to build a car. Health to enjoy buddy. |

i'm a GT Four man through and through, and having driven both (friends (Evo VI, VIII and IX), I still prefer the GT Four, it's more a mans car without all the electronic crap, it does what you tell it do, rather than where the Evo which has active this and that, YAW control blah blah blah, but if i was to buy an Evo it would only be one version for me, the Evo VI Mäkinen Edition. Gorgeous car and the only one with any road presence imo. |

none as yet, i'm getting the 499.7 chart sent to me of the previous build to mines but there is a load of turbo, block and head work done since then and trust me it's a hell of alot quicker. I don't want to run the car on the dyno till i have every part of the engine and supporting mods finished, i'd prefer to have the final result. Which will hopefully be well in excess of 600bhp |

Awesome car Paul...although you already know how much I like that car....its certainly a true credit to you after all your hard work and no doubt frustration to get it up and running the way it should.....I`d sleep in it if it was me. Just one question...the breather pipes off the engine both go to a swirl pot...then where does it go to???? or does it just vent to atmosphere That is an oil catch can Niall not a swirl pot, and yes it vents to atmosphere. And euphoria when your trying to cool a car pushing in the region of 600bhp that top mounted chargecooler is like blowing into a hurricane, with that much power it is rendered useless and front mount is the only way. |

Well folks i decided it's about time i documented a little thread to the ST205WRC's progress from pictures from myself and the previous owner Paul Bartolo. Well here is how how it started out when it came in from Japan. Silver was the standard original colour And the plain but tacky imo modified interior Firstly it was the first ST205 (or so i was told) to be running a front mount in the UK and Ireland Then car got painted Lotus Exige S Chrome Orange and sporting its first set of wheels The car has had many engine modifiactions done over a long period of time, some have changed as you will see in the next few pics over the course of the build This is a few quick pics of the last and most recent build To the most recent but certainly not the last change The most recent interior but changes will also be done there too, changes that will happen are new reclining bucket seats and flocking of the dash. The car has had a magazine feature or two over the years and I have been approached to do another in the near future with the girlfriends orange Ford Puma Few pics of events the car has attended some pics showing the car sporting it's most recent set of wheels 18" Works Emotion CR Kai Recently the car was taken to it's first outing after the last build and it done me very proud, picking up best performance car and best car overall at the North West Motorshow 2009 to add to the trohies the car has already won over the years. These are the trophies the car won at it's most prestigeous event back in 2005 Banzai Best Engine Modifications and Best car of show 2005 And most recently 7 June 2009, myself collecting the trophy for best high performance car and cash reward for best car overall |

Hi there I decided to hold another Irish GT Four meet this year and so far it's looking to be a good meet with 8 GT Fours saying they'll be there within 24hours of the threads going up. If there is any Irish GT Four members here that haven't seen the postings on the UK forums could let me know here if they want to turn up on the day, i'll add your names to the list, also if any of you international guys are in Ireland at the time your more than welcome along. Paul |

unlucky there buddy, hope your well but i can see your taking it in good spirits, just make this a lesson to you, most of us have done it (i done it a hell of alot worse in an 18month Corolla which i spent a fortune on a few years back) in the past so don't think your the first because your certainly not going to be the last. Also be thankful your not from over here or any other country that is RHD because you'd be in a bad way atm if you were. Good luck with the next venture. |

It's a Ford Puma, they have a 1.7 4 Cylinder NA engine putting out 125bhp (they are rapid for what they are), they were made for the European market and it's one of the very few Fords i would drive, engine designed by yamaha (same as the GT4 hehe) and it's never gave me or the woman a days bother other than disposable parts and servicing. I'm thinking for getting myself a Ford Racing Puma (google them) as my daily driver. They have some presence on the road and weigh just over 900kg with 167bhp. |
