Replacing Valve cover gasket.

I saw Special Edy's video, in the video he mentioned posting more pics, did he ever do that? love to see. them. As for gaskets, I thought I read somewhere about a metal gasket, but that may have been for a main seal. Is there a type of preferred gasket for the valve gasket and tube seals? Fel pro ok? Napa mentions a set with grommets, what are those?
