that is a decision only u can make, we cant tell u what i like, because what i like may not be what u like.

i have 16 x 8 offset 35 with 225/45/16 tires... and i like it. i went from 17 x 8 offset 45

but ull get maybe 10 different opinions right after mine.

I know that i want 17" i just dont know which width and tire combo would make it look somewhat flush , compare to the sucked in look

you will need different offsets for each axle set of wheels, as the rear is more sucked in, youll need a lower offset than you will have on the front

Well if your going 17" you only have 7" or 8.25".
Going the 8.25" will sit real flush, but you'll need a 15mm spacer in the rear.

Tyres is up to you, depends if you want a good sidewall or a stretched look, probably a 215/45 would be alright!

okay thanks , what about the offsets that are available ? i think if i go 17x7 it would be +35

That's the only offset they have on that link for our car? Lol. Next time when I buy wheels for my car. I'm going to try to get 8j with +25 the least and +35 the most.

or the same but +20

I'd say with the 8.25, the +20 for the front is going to stick a bit so you'll probably need a fender roll and pull. Also will need stretched tires. But +20 in the rear is just about perfect. If I were you, I'd stagger them and go +35 in the front and +20 in the rear. Rather have a higher offset so you can adjust the offset by buying spacers. Best to be on the safe side than spend loads of money on a wheel that doesn't fit your car. Lol.

i cant stagger though , its all wheel drive
i just want something that i dont need to roll anything, just bolt on and finished , it doesnt need to be perfect flush

Oh. Then in that case. Just go with the +35. That offset won't be horrible looking. It'll be bareable. If you ever want to get that flush look then you can always buy spacers in the future. But if your car is going to be slammed or low then you'll need fender roll with both offsets because of the width. If you're on lowering springs then you should be fine. I don't know how stiff the stock gt4 shocks are but I remembered on my st204 with 17x8 +35 225/45/17 in the rear. It would rub on bumps. The best tire size for a 8.25j would but 215/45 or 225/45 for that perfect sidewall with no stretch. Plus it's a gt4 so why not go for the wider tire. Lol.
