So I got my car when I was 17 and I was well not a very good parallel parker when I started and dented my fenders making my celica well ugly.. Im slowly making it better I just put eibach lowering springs in and now im gonna start on body work. I called junk yards all around chicago area and they havent had 6th gen celicas in awhile. So whats my best option for my fenders? Is it worth a shot to go to a body shop and get an estimate on hammering them out. Im just not really keen on spending $200 for a new fender on amazon.

Thanks in advance.

There are fenders on rock auto....but shipping is a killer.
It'd be worth the trip to go get them, the aftermarket ones are too great.

Or try searching car-part.com, the web portal to an auto recycling inventory software used across North America.

Shipping is brutal on these damn things. I was looking at aftermarket ones and almost costs the same in shipping. I'm gonna let some pay checks add up so I don't blow my wad. I'm hoping with warmer weather people will start parting out their celicas. I really just need a passenger fender driver side isn't nearly as bad as my passenger one. Stupid dent popper garbage didn't work just left a hot glue mess behind.

If I'm not mistaken hatch/vert/coupe have the same front fenders, they only differ from the doors back. thumbsup.gif

vert fenders are the same except for where the back of the wheel part near the door connects to the frame due to increased structure added to the vert frame. I am not sure of how much different as I have never had my side skirts off to tell, I just know they're not a direct bolt on match

I see this all the time when looking for fenders

Lol get a fender from the junkyard. $35-$50 at a junkyard where you physically remove the part yourself. I guarantee there is a fender on a junked celica your color and undamaged within a 50 mile radius. You just got to resort to the phone book to find it.

Or buy one off a member. I paid $300( maybe it was $270? idk) for jdm fenders shipped to my door from 1500 miles away.

The one thing I just dont like about the stock fenders for 94 the goofy turn signals kindasad.gif. I saw http://www.ebay.com/itm/94-99-Toyota-Celic...2f9&vxp=mtr Hopefully order them next week supposedly "We guarantee all our products fitment & quality, if there's any problem, please call us directly, we will take care of the problem for you. Thank You" It should bolt right up perfectly (in my head that is but nothing ever works out just right for my car haha). http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=57577 in this guys for sale i found (search is awesome right???) they actually look pretty decent. So the VIS fenders are looking like a winner to me, and the price isnt too bad either. And in chicago lets just say the junk yards are pretty fubar after the crazy flooding I had in my area
