Yeah bro. Install that on your car for quick HP gain. You can install one per cylinder for 4X the gain. You should also look into a few of these. You'd be faster than a motor swap with all of these awesome mods.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/VORTEX-ELECTRIC-SU...55b&vxp=mtr Okay now that we got that out of the way. It is pretty clear you are already in over your head here. Lets leave motor swaps aside for now and talk about "performance chips". They don't work. They don't do anything other than trick the car to think the throttle is higher than it really is. You can do the same thing for FREE by putting your foot down farther. Just out of genuine curiosity - how would you even go about doing a motor swap? Do you consider yourself mechanically inclined? -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

You don't need any "performance" chips, just use the factory ECU. You want more power from it connect in a fuel computer and a wideband O2. Hell, you can just turn the boost up to a degree on the stock ECU.

Read my signature. We're here to help, and what we have done here is tell you a resounding "NO". Do not buy any "performance chip". Ever. If you want a "performance chip", you should find a reputable tuner in your area AFTER you perform your 3SGTE swap and have something like a Vi-PEC V44 installed and tuned. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Any tuning solution that requires "just 4 wires connected" should be avoided.
