They're here! XD

Got my H1 Hid bulb inserted in the housing. I used LewFX method to get my HiD's installed.
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=42381

I used UTSlickVic's method to connect the accent socket. Just need to splice the other end into my parking/turn lights.
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...7&hl=accent

All that's left is to take off my bumper and actually get them installed. Only thing I really need to do is find a way to wire my accent lights into my parking or turn light wires.

I am so jealous right now (I ordered mine over a month ago now!). They look really good! biggrin.gif You are obviously very keen to get them on there, because you have certainly been doing all your research to have everything ready to go! tongue.gif

We will be waiting anxiously for pics smile.gif

I was lucky. It was only around 250 miles away. Lol. Yea I did a lot of researching before committing to buy a set. If you need any help installing or wiring you can PM me.

Is that Winnie the Pooh taking a nap in your bed? laugh.gif

Congrats on the projectors. You going to do the cutoff mod? It's really nowhere near as difficult as it sounds.

That and blinding people is never nice. With the proper cutoff you should be able to run HID's in the low beams also.

I did it simply because the hot spot of light is right where the cutoff flicks up, right into oncoming traffic. The mod is a lot easier than I thought it would be. The lights are very easy to disassemble.

Yea I tested them with my hids on and it seems like both lights need to be cut off if I'm correct. Since both are angled up to incoming traffic.

Yea I would too. Our cars are so alike. Haha.

Sorry to keep you guys waiting but never had a right time to take a pic of my car. So I finally took some after work. Will take better pics whenever I get some time to clean and take it out for a photoshoot.

Went from 8k lo to 5k lo. I couldn't stand driving around with 8k. So hard to see. Lol.
