I have some issues with the A/C since the rebuild the engine runs fine but I notice that when I start the A/C the revs of the car decrease instead of going up on idle. turn the A/C off and the revs return to normal. everything works fine and the A/C cools up.
don't know what could be wrong a relay or something ? -------------------- 1994 ST Celica --> no swap --> 7A rebuild

There should be a relay that increases the RPM at idle when the A/C is on. |

Or maybe the idle speed control valve? You can try to clean it, maybe it's a bit or completely stuck.

Its not a relay.
There is an ac idle up valve for that. Check to see if yours is connected. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

I believe the valve is adjustable? I remember messing with mine a long time ago.

I remember messing with mine a long time ago. where is the valve located I try to find it but no luck Also when the engine is cold revs goes up to warm the engine a bit. this no longer happens. I thing this could be something else o could be part of the issue with the A/C This post has been edited by yagamius: Jul 4, 2013 - 11:10 AM -------------------- 1994 ST Celica --> no swap --> 7A rebuild
