That looks really good! I've thought about doing the same myself, except my car is red. redface.gif

I think it'd work on red better than white as long as you combo'd it with some tints / black wheels etc it'd carry it off nicely

If you have White the only issue I find is that the contrast is far too much of a visual clash so for my 2 cents worth I'd do the black plate surround just maybe have the lights a tad lighter smile.gif

I was thinking about tinting the lights, then painting the following in black:tag bezel, door handles, side mirrors, and possibly the eye "pockets" as well to tie it all together.

That is an actual photo of my car, the tail are that black already.
A friend did this photoshop(tho he could pull of the gloss) and I like it a lot.

Simple solution.... find a black licence plate bezel from a car being broken / wrecked, and put it on. If you don't like it, take it off again smile.gif

There are usually heaps available on Celica Club UK, and only 10-15 pounds or something smile.gif

If you are going to do that full gloss black taillight tint like you have, then I would do the insert too personally smile.gif

And I have never had problems with photobucket before, so I have no idea what's going on now tongue.gif I'll try re-uploading to my album.

Lets try again... Here is a picture from my 400km drive on Sunday with a couple of mates up to Toowoomba and back. Lots of dirt roads, and it involved a lot of driving that I wouldn't be able to do if I was lowered or had perfect paint... so there are always silver linings tongue.gif

Travel crew...

My mate in the Fiesta had to get some new rear tyres yesterday, because he locked on the handbrake the full length of that hill in the second pic and played slidey-tail the whole way down and put two bald spots in them tongue.gif

I don't understand what you mean by insert?

Oh and it will be cheaper for me to paint it black and paint it white again, if I don't like it rather than buying one. wink.gif

I am going for gloss black roof, license panel, side mirrors(which are black but matte).

Personally, I like black side mirrors on our cars especially on brighter colors as it doesn't distract the eye that much from the lines of the car. It doesn't stick out that much.

Choives: By the looks of it, you'd want 25mm spacers. just measure out to the guard and see. JustJap.com have good spacers (are in sydney). And i do have some of 'Wolfies' clear indicators laying around tongue.gif
