To clear the codes connect a jumper to TC and a separate one to AB. Then apply ground to each TC then AB then TC then AB for 1/2 to 1 1/2 seconds, lastly holding ground on TC till the airbag light blinks rapidly saying the codes are cleared. I was working under the dash the other night and disconnected the squib on the passenger side. Little did I know that if you start the car while that's disconnected it'll set the code and stay set. My SRS Airbag light was on constantly after that. I alternately grounded TC, wait 3/4sec, AB, 3/4s, TC, 3/4s, AB, 3/4s, TC (hold) and poof!.. No, the airbag didn't deploy. The error is gone. Thanks! |
