Hi guys!
I have a very small misfire and I plan to change the plugs and the distributor cap. Any suggestions? What plugs should I go for? Any specific distributor cap? Also even if there are 20 degrees C outside the car still revs pretty high 1600-1700rpm when I start it with a cold engine. is that normal? thanks! -------------------- TODAY TOMORROW TOYOTA

Toyota parts, IK20's for the plugs.
See the 3S-GE repair manual in the NA sticky for the misfire. -------------------- |

After reading one of the sticky threads I decided to go for Bosch super-4 plugs. The thing is I cannot find them for Celica 3sge, only for mr2 3sge. But am I stupid or it is the same engine and it means they will fit?
These are the ones: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-MR2-Coupe...=item232a2d152c -------------------- TODAY TOMORROW TOYOTA

Yeah they will fit, if they are for the 3rd Gen 3S-GE out of the MR2. Bit of a gimmick imo

I can't decide if I should stick with the actual wheels (15") and refurbish them, or change them for bigger ones....
Any ideas? P.S. I love my car!!!!!!!! -------------------- TODAY TOMORROW TOYOTA

I can't decide if I should stick with the actual wheels (15") and refurbish them, or change them for bigger ones.... Any ideas? P.S. I love my car!!!!!!!! Bigger with lower profile tires. Just don't make the mistake buying something big and heavy. Personally I would spend the money on one thing you've planned, coilovers, then get wheels. -------------------- |
