On my BEAMS, I've got a small crack in the water bypass hose from the left side of the oil cooler.
Trying to figure out where the other end of that hose goes, I can't remember, and the diagrams aren't much help. I'm hoping I'll be able to just take off the alternator bracket and be able to get to it there... Thanks! -------------------- 2019 M2, 2005 S2000, 1997 4Runne

I can snap a picture for you next time I pull over for gas. You are talking about the hose that goes underneath the header, correct ?

Nope, the one on the other side.
I can't quite tell from sticking my head in there and looking at it if it goes to a nub on the block or a nub on the water pump housing. This post has been edited by aspen: Sep 20, 2013 - 1:45 PM -------------------- 2019 M2, 2005 S2000, 1997 4Runne

![]() Terrible picture but it goes to the block just to the left of the oil cooler. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. Even Socrates told us to use the search button!
