I need to pass my 94 celica for smog but I have headers and they won't touch them. Do I have to get the stock headers or is there a way to by pass the test with the headers on.

What kind of emissions testing do you need to pass? Under the hood of your car is a sticker that will say Federal or California emissions, which does yours say?

well where are you. if you are in CA you will never pass SMOG with an aftermarket HEADER. There is only 1

Yea. You're going to need to buy the stock exhaust to pass. Go checkout local junkyards or get one from here. I don't know if the dorman exhausts is ca legal.

Idk if the Camry/mr2 headers would work but it's the same engine. More than likely it'll be a bit shorter or a big longer. As long as you still have the other 2 cats. You should be fine. And no cel.

ok for the last time, quit saying headers! there is only 1 HEADER

and the only HEADER that is allowed is one from a CELICA, the camry and MR2 will not work.

NOW where in CA are you? if you are close, ill let you "borrow" my stock exhaust to get smogged and then bring it back to me

That's a bummer. Should've had a mechanic check out the car before hand or always buy a privately owned car with a valid smog certificate. Lol.
