Does anyone know if haartz convertible tops are good for the celica? whats best top oem is like 1200 so thats out of the question lol

Haartz is the material used. Robbins seems to have a good rep, and a new top from them is around $550. I think my '97's top is original, so I've been looking.

anything is better that the old stuff. Putting a new top is a PITA, i did this procedure partially, and it takes several hours.

I lucked out for 500 bucks I got new floor rockers, new leather seats, new rear speaker panel covers, new top(took whole frame as well since mine had a crack on left rear frame piece and seals were busted), new sun visors, they had all mint condition so I ended up taking it 500 at a local part out.

Thank you for the info though, yeah the top I have to install here in like 2 hours because Its going to snow but the tops worse PITA I feel is the rear where it bolts on with all the 10mm I cant seem to really get it
