Thank you for the kind words, guys. I'm still on the forum several times daily, but I've let my posting drop off. I haven't been doing much to the car and the threads that have been coming up either get answered pretty quickly or just don't need me post whoring. I'd considered making a dedicated thread for the BEAMS wiring but left it alone since there aren't many BEAMS swaps happening, and also another thread attempting to compile most information on this engine into one thread. I have generally deemed these two threads as pointless in the past since all of that information is on the forum already, spread out in different places. However, the most recent podcast inspired me to take the time to get it all in one central thread so there's a lot less searching in the future. I know I've had several PM's in the past with different questions about the BEAMS. I've given as much help as I can, but I've been quite busy lately so my help has gotten cut short- for instance, I can only say "the info is located there" instead of being able to take the time to fully write out a response. I will do my best to start getting all the information I have together and get it into dedicated threads, and Rusty in diligently working on getting the stickies updated.
If you guys know of anything else that needs to be consolidated, feel free to PM any of the mods or go ahead and make the thread. 6gc is a wealth of knowledge but our stickies are lacking. The other forums I've been on cover everything from top to bottom, even covering how to detail your car and the best products to use. We don't really even have a "how to" for changing a clutch- any volunteers? My main goal as a mod is to do what I can to help with the spam. Coomer has made some changes for new members but I'm sure we'll see more spam before all is said and done. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. Not sure how much of this one can apply to an ADM Celica, but here's the wiring. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=91456 See anything that needs elaboration or needs to be added, let me know. I'll be getting my spare BEAMS wiring harness out to take better pictures for the wiring thread. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates.
