one month, we reached to "agreement" and i was supposed to get a tracking number last week, and ive tried to contact, and Ive had no response. No tracking number yet. E-mail again today... well see what happens.

Sorry that you had so much trouble but i think it was a fluke or a run of bad luck.

Get a hole saw and a ball joint press on rental. The ball joint press can be used to press stuff out and back in and you can use the hole saw to cut through the more stubborn ones.
