A small amount of water from the exhaust is normal, gasoline and oxygen when fully combusted burn to form water and carbon dioxide.

Check the coolant and oil. Although a leak between two cylinders is possible, usually a leaking head gasket will either get coolant into the oil(your oil will become white and soup-like) or the compression of the cylinder will force air into the coolant system, causing the coolant to spew out the overflow tank and your coolant level to always become low.

If the idle is rough, you can try pulling one spark plug wire at a time with the engine running. If one cylinder doesnt cause the idle to drop as much as the others it is a weak cylinder. Otherwise you can try cleaning the IAC valve or figure out what component in the EFI system is causing misfires.
