Finished well about 95 %.
Decided to get her cleaned up. Fitted kit the right way. Fixed cracks in hood and molded lip to stock bumper. Now to pic a color hmmmmmm. 2012 Now In progress- Need to wet sand and hit with another coat of primer Well red it is. My sons choice but it is growing on me. More to come. Regal red yes that is rustoleum sprayed out of my little wagner gun. Still more cutting and buffing to go then polish. Actually looks really good up close. Very impressed with the rustoleum. In the weirdest way, those remind me of Porsche Fuchs wheels. Anyway, nice bit of kit. Have you considered a GT-4 grill while you're at this stage?

Somewhere there's a pissed off Camaro SS owner missing a hood.

Just giving you a hard time, once painted it'll look nice. As long as the scoop is functional it's ok. The GT-Four grille wouldn't mesh nicely with the current hood. I was thinking maybe perhaps following the contours of the scoop down into the bumper and finish the taper down to a point.

im loving the lip with the factory skirts... that hood goes surprisingly well with it too... im envious of your car's lack of dents, however...

Your car looks amazing. The bonnet is very different, but I really like it. Also the TRD skirts suit the car so well. They are my favorite part for transforming a gen6.
Keep up the good work. |
