This came up a few times:
 Is this legit or is it something to be worried about? Adblock is installed and updated, along with this being a fresh Win7 Install. I have not seen this on any of my home PCs before... This could be a hijacking webpage... Check Chrome extensions for any suspicious extensions that do not belong there + go to Remove/Add Programs in win7 and check there as well. These things can be annoying and a bitch to remove.

Already checked all chrome extensions and stuff, nothing out of the ordinary... As I said, he has a fresh install of windows with a fresh chrome install...
