I did a small clean but the buffing and polishing for clearcoat is to make it shine like the rest of the car

Go figure, as soon as I decide to keep the Celica someone comes by willing to pay over the $3K I was asking for it... Turns out the kid has been saving up and watching the car, he came by today with $2,800 cash thinking it was still for sell. I don't know what to do, he begged for me to change my mind. If I'm going to sell it, he's the kind of buyer I was looking for though... Ugh... I don't know what to do... Rest of the exhaust should be here in the next day or two...

It's just typical... After searching Craigslist and eBay there's nothing I'd really want to turn around and buy though. Was a '79 Trans Am that sounds promising but has the lowly 301 in it. Couldn't find any Supras that weren't automatic, meh... This might be easier if the cars I wanted were readily available.

Yesterday I removed the SP1 exhaust and put the factory exhaust of my other one that was wrecked on. Funny thing was I couldn't tell much of a difference in sound going from stock Greddy but I can tell the difference going from greddy back to stock. Must have been the 4th months of not driving a celica while I was searching for a suitable replacement. Also I ordered a replacement wheel and fitted my wheels

Today I'm going to rip my subs and 4" speakers out and see if I can get them installed in the new one.

Need some help here.
A Tshirt fell on the passanger side floor and I left it there for a day and it's been raining for the last 2 day and when I picked it up now it's soaking wet. I checked the floor and the passenger side front only carpet is completely wet.

Anyone know what's the go for a common problem? Or best bet is just to rip out the interior and find where it's coming from

Even then I wouldn't know how to fix it lol
Any advice woul he helpful thanks

This isn't fair, I was finally content. Haven't texted him yet as I still haven't decided. Sure there are others cars I'd like, but it's just finding them in acceptable condition in the near future... Maybe I'll just ask my Magic 8 Ball.

But now I'll have exhaust that won't go with any other car I'd be getting. Meh, will just throw it in with it.

As far as replacement cars go it'd be a lot easier if I weren't so averted to automatics, non-coupes, and FWD.

Sell the Celica, sell drugs, buy brand new car, profit.

Hmm, you may be onto something. My '67 DeVille was my pimping car, the Supra was for selling cocaine. There's just nothing out there that I want. I have standards. High standards. Unrealistic standards. That's ok though.

Then keep it and make it into a car you would like. If you don't like something, change it. biggrin.gif You must have had a reason for keeping it this long, why not a bit longer?
Btw, Today i got a few packages, photos to come in the next week as it all shows up.
