I've looked around and can't seem to find the gear ratios on the gt-fours. Does anyone know how much they differ from the 3rd gen mr2?

from what this says, the e154-f's (6th gen celica transmission) first gear is slightly shorter than the e153 out of the mr2.

Some threads that may be useful. First is the alltrac gear ratios, and discussion on upgrading the final drive.

give up on using a MR2 trans. it needs major modification to work in a celica
