yeah on my 97 and Amy's 99, the O2 sensor with the oval mount is above the CAT and a normal thread in style O2 sensor is below the CAT.

You can emulate a stock narrowband sensor with the wideband, it has an extra output that does this

What do you mean brand? Any good wideband has this feature. Innovate LC-1, LC-2, MTX-L and AEM UEGO all have this feature.

yes the UEGO has this feature but I hear its not reliable. I have never tried it so I dont know.
