Also I was quite pleased with the Tein springs I had on mine. Depending on how low you want to go coil-overs would be a better choice.

yeah i looked at coilovers. couldn't justify spending £700 for suspensions that will never see a track day lol i just need the grand canyon gaps to disappear and still be able to drive comfortably on these roads. maybe when i get a GT again il consider "bigger" changes. i want a T23 GT (UK spec not the GTS) though lol and thanks again for that link.

Megan Racing EZ Street coil-over series is $699 or less off eBay. To do springs right you're looking at around $450, so it just depends on exactly what you want. Personally I don't care for the no wheel gap look on a street car, so springs suit me just fine.

EBay is cheap for US. but not in UK lol and if I was to import it I'm gna pay another 3rd of the price ontop for custom charges. that's not including postage. it doesnt bother me too much either except the 18s lifted the car bwt abwt 25mm compared to the 16" rims so looks awkward hence the quick/cheap option of jus dropping it + I can so it myself. I have however got my eyes on a set of 17" D-RC DRS alloys which will help relieve the issue more.

What other car is RWD and has LSD(more or less) standard? Only other I can think of is the 300ZX, others like the 240SX it was optional if offered at all. What does everyone have against the Miata? It's RWD, handles well, and is reliable. redface.gif

They're not really any worse than the Celica if you were to remove the room behind the front seats. Then again I'm only 5'10" so I more or less fit comfortably into anything.

I just realized when it comes to cars I'm a whore. I'll just shack up with anything that gets me going and I never make a commitment. I should be ashamed of myself.

If u got the money go for a Nissan skyline Or a 240sx if u want a quick n decent run around go for Mazda mx5. although I think it's a miata for you lot. they all fun cars. and the mx5 can be slammed beautifully especially when it's all black.
