the MRP kit has several options, are they also available in the TechnoToyTuning kit? how much is the lowering (multiple Options?) and is there an option for camber upgrade?? Like the MRP kit. I am now working on this, and have compared a Corolla AE101 ball joint with the AT200 ball joint. they are 99,9% the same! for 100% I will have to mount it first! so that means that the corolla AE101, AE111 and Celica T20, T23 Mcpherson are all the same! I definitely want something like this! but it should also be good quality, because I use it on track!! I am hoping to see a prototype in another week. It will be much cheaper than the MRP kit so it will likely not have the same features. I think he is trying to use off the shelf parts to keep replacement costs down. I know Some camry parts like the ball joint as well as the rav4's can be swapped as well. These are intended for gtfours, so he said since they are meant to be rally cars, I want this to be rally strong. |

Intersting.. sure im just let me know the total. I would be more interested in a adjustable rear camber bar though.. haha If nobody can make them i guess ill make something like the toe bar amd make it adjustable. They are on negative camber and the camber bolts are not enoughh to bring the wheels close to 0 camber. Use smaller bolts. I'm at 0 lol. Do your megans have the oval cut holes in the top for camber adjustment? -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-S 5S-FE 190k Miles. Project car 1992 Toyota Celica GT 5S-FE 170k Miles. Let us know if they do it. They told me unless they sell the celica parts they had made they are not planning any more stuff. They made a caster camber plate. I think only a few bought them.

I wrote telling him I wanted to do a group buy but even with that he didn't bother to negotiate. I indirectly said then why do you have ST202 listed under parts but no products to show and his counter was we make rear trailing arms and control arm bushings for earlier ones. By early I'm assuming he means 5gc

Not fully off topic, but that control arm is definitely a good solution to us breaking that crappy tab off that the sway bar mounts to. (Specifically talking about the ST sway bars) If someone could make a mounting point like that for ours, we wouldn't have the issue anymore.

Also monkeywrench and two's r us were not able to give me any help. So it looks like we are in the dark ages when it comes to getting our celicas at their full potential when we lower it. Might as well close this thread. Weep weep.

XIIImotorsports is working on something, so I will report back once they make some headway. whats the update? ive been talking to these guys lately and they are actual enthusiasts and are willing to help, unlike the guys over at some other supposed toyota custom parts companies which are few and far between. so these are supposed to get our geometry back in line, but then the question goes how low is too low? http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticles/ID/...g-Your-Car.aspx the above article goes into every aspect of lowering, in which i only understand half of it. So are these bumpersteer kits only meant for people on coilovers? How about people with lowering springs. the ones i have give the lowest ride height of 2.2" lowering. When people install coilovers, do they install them at the height that they received them in the mail or do they lower them even more? If so how much shorter are the shocks over the stock height (since aftermarket coilovers have a shorter body than original shocks) -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts
