Welcome aussie, you are limited with the 5S-FE head design, where you have one cam running of another cam (DOHC but with 1 cam pulley)

On a side note. 3S-GE & 3S-GTE have a much better range since its true DOHC with 1 cam pulley per camshaft &the interchangeability between the 2 engines. But wont fit in a 5S-FE.

Having said that you can buy regrind cams for the 5S-FE. Best to have a search here in the engine section for webcams & colt cams - they are USA companies, pressure2, tigawoods & 6G96GT.

http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=80857&hl

They are aftermarket & piggyback ecus that can work with the 5S-FE, but not your 'plug & play' type, if thats what you are looking for.

Delta cams does 264 regrinds for $150 per cam and that's the cheapest I found. I'm going to do this to my 95 when I do the head gasket. Also I have a apexi AFC neo. Just put in a stage three clutch on the weekend.
Check out my posts if you are looking for answers.

Just google the apexi neo, and also delta cams. the neo is useless unless your doing some upgrades. as for the cams I called around and that was the lowest price. the guy their said that i would see a 15% gain in HP. just go pull some off a camry or a rav4. the ones i'm sending out for the regrind are off a rav4 3fse. you can spend $450 each on some web cams 293. but then you will probably have to upgrade you engine a bit more.

They have a "drop in" profile where you will only need an intake and an exhaust header to make it work. Anything more aggressive and you will need spring and shims, and new injectors. ect.
