The other day I won an auction for a Tamiya SS-II model

Bought nearly 500 worth of projector headlights for a car I paid $300 for, oh project cars,.

I just couldn't stop thinking about the damn things, I already have JDM tails, and a Toms front lip, figured I might as well, so I opted for the set with the HID kit.

I also started building my v6 swap harness and am planning to work on it all weekend, and next week and hopefully I'll have it ready for next weekend. Then,. well you can guess what happens next.

Today I got my Curren brochure in the mail. I also ordered some PIAA wipers from tirerack.

My poor Celica hasn't been clean in ages. I'm itching to wash her once this sporadic, post monsoon season Albuquerque rain stops for a good while.

Today I cried a little while my car sat in the garage another day, waiting to be fixed...I haven't driven it in a week and I'm already losing it lol

Ouch man that sucks I had my girlfriend's dad, who's a mechanic at Honda (I know ) take a look at my car and he came to the conclusion that it's the clutch that's the problem. Can't get it fixed until next week though

bought a 2007 Vauxhall Corsa SXI as a run around car. gets delivered tomorrow. started doing over 3000 miles per year on mine so thought i would split it

Haven't checked in for a while now... Bought my Wheel spacers yesterday. Trying to find a good guard roller and then they'll be on the car!

That's nothing, the average over here is 15,000 miles a year.

My mileage is split between 3 or 4 cars lol I don't like racking up mileage on my celi though because it's my fave play thing n the longest I ever owned a car!

Today I went to test drive an RX8 and a GT4. Absolutely loved both.

Got my rear guards rolled yesterday, my rears are fine and not touching (they also don't look as flush as I thought they would)
And the front is scrubbing:(

Installed my 5G side mirrors thanks to the info at 6gc.net. painted them myself satin black. Would never thought these would fit! Thanks guys!!

Start work on the 1mz/3mz harness for my swap,. I think all I have left to get is the clutch and flywheel setup from Southbend, well unleast untill I rip in to things, then there will be more to find I'm sure.

Not today but this weekend I tried to fix a problem I had on my passenger side wheel. I thought it was the wheel bearing because I had so much play it was dangerous. The shop that took off my hub found out that not only was my wheel bearing shot, but my hub was messed up as a result. I called and went to oreillys autozone and Napa and they didn't have a front hub for me. Toyota said they couldn't get it in until Tuesday. So I thought I was SOL but I went to the junkyards down in Chula Vista and bought a whole knuckle and hub assembly for 50 bucks. The bearing was perfect! So I installed it and now my Celica is driving perfect!

I also got a center console mat and a cig light plug for free. I also installed my Vincent doggy padded armrest and e brake boot. Also applied double sided tape to my driver side side skirts so it's nearly flush again. My gasket is still loose though. I may need new ones. Busy weekend but my celica is almost perfect again. Picking up 7th gen rims this week and waiting on my greddy sp1 exhaust to come in.

Went & picked up gearbox from from friend at Toyota & dropped it of at another local Toyota to work on it, should have it finished later on today. Apparently a bit of water got into it from when the sodablasting was done - fingers crossed no damage.
