In all seriousness you have my utmost respect, if I didn't mess with you it'd mean I didn't like you. tongue.gif I really and truly hope you get this done soon and have the Celica up and running before you know it. I know how daunting projects can be at times, so just keep at it and look towards the end result. Which with your 1st gen and the extent of work you've done with it this should be nothing, well if not for the pesky wiring anyway.

Also, at this point have you thought about turning it into a show car? Wouldn't have to go crazy or anything, but being the only Celica(that we're aware of) with a 2GR should get you noticed if you wanted to be. You could probably make a side business out of it once you have all the conversion components down pat. Just things to think about anyway.

So many things in such a small space! Nice work!

Might have a hard time fitting a supercharger in later on wink.gif

Well i had no choice on radiator. This car will not get supercharged or turbo. It will be your everyday civic killer and miata squasher, lol. But a total sleeper. Cant wait to start the beast. Few moore things to button up.

Absolutely stunning. I know you think there may not be much demand for this swap, but let the next successor to the 2gr come along and prices on it dwindle and this I believe will be as feasible as the 1mz/3mz is to us now. You're just ahead of the game, lol. Mad props on all your hard, custom work. Looks sweet in the bay.

When you start the beast up for the first time, you need to take a video. Then share it with us! We NEED to rejoice with you! ...unless it explodes. Then we will cry with you.

You say this now until you get bored with the power and before we know it, you'll be cutting a hole in your hood to fit that supercharger. hahaha.

but it would be a serious sleeper once you get this finished.

It'll end up with a turbo down under the floor after the Y pipe and charge pipe snaking through the front fenders.

I have nothing against the Honda J32 or other v6 swaps, but for some reason the 2grfe to me is just a better looking engine. I don't know why that is, must be a twin cam thing.
