Hey guys am in need of your help ..am in process of doing led climate control mod and I follow all the steps and finished it.i
Plug the unit in and no lights worked unless I pressed the button half way and then I can verified the led works and this happens on all of them . The moment I push the button all the way the led turn of so what am I do in wrong... BTW in the intruction it didn't mention if the led for the button needed resistor so I didn't used non .. I will say it now. I am a noob in this but. Learning is fun specialty when it for my celica |

Learning is fun specialty when it for my celica Take a picture of the board front and back, anything you soldered and any and all bulb sockets and leds you replaced. |

first of all, what kind of led, and second witch buttons?

Okay sorry I haven't posted the picture am currently away from car.......
And the led that am using are the 5m diode you can buy from eBay ..I had to shave them down to look The same as the stock ones.... And the button are the indicator the ones that let you choose where to send the air The only one I didn't replace was the front defogger because its orange and I didn't mind it like that |

And the button are the indicator the ones that let you choose where to send the air The only one I didn't replace was the front defogger because its orange and I didn't mind it like that 5mm round ones are too big, even when shaved down. You need to also cut the clear plastic pieces that go into each button so it doesn't make contact with the leds. Other wise you'll be crushing them. |

Okay so I got home today and decided to double check everything I did and even make sure that the led were getting power and it so happens that I put my led backwards 😣 i know kill me for been so dumb..I flip them all and they all work like it perfectly ..thnx for helping me out guys !!!!!
