I'm excited too! I think you'll be totally happy once the BEAMS and 5-speed is in. Should be able to get a few hundred out of the 5S and automatic to help pay for the swap.

Maybe. My 5s has around 250k miles on it so I doubt anyone would want it. Someone may want my transmission, I believe it was rebuilt at around 238k.

Well, someone in desperate need or someone needing a block etc... to rebuild anyway. Just make sure to get a good video or two of it starting up and idling, and then going down the road.

Just got off the phone with Stare Farm. They're gonna fix my Celica, although I imagine there will still be a small amount of money out of pocket, but it's cheaper than totally fixing it myself.

Good to hear insurance is helping out.

I know in Alabama all you have to do is get an officer to inspect the vehicle for any VIN swapping and if it's been stolen or etc... and they'll issue a title. Of course this is with cars from Georgia etc... that don't have titles, not cars from Japan. I imagine grey imports like the GT-Four might be easier to do than something like a Skyline.
