5'11" and headroom and shoulder room is good for me. Only issue is getting in, Seat is too low for me so i either fall in and hope that the enormous ebrake won't jam into the side of my back, or destroy the driver seat getting in lol

The easiest way for me to get in was to step in with my right foot in front of the accelerator pedal, and then in one motion bring myself into the seat.

Getting out is easy if you do it right. tongue.gif All you have to do is take and swing your legs out to the side while rotating your body, and then just stand up.

I'm 6 feet and 175 lbs and seating comfortable. I have somewhat narrow shoulders for now but any taller than 6 feet and I'd see it a hassle I removed my sunroof cause I kept hitting my head on it with the bottom seat cushion all the way up

not usre if the 94-95 celica's have the adjustable bottom seat but for sure the 96-99 do

6' 220lb I "fit" ok but I feel really close to the ceiling if I ever get into a crash. I wish I could get seats that sit just 2" shorter it'd be good.
I'm pretty laid back in the seat and yet my knees aren't too far away from the dash.

Taller people have modified the seat rail before to get another few inches, there should be a topic on it somewhere around here. Being knot-kneed my left knee was in the door panel and the right one into the dash console.

6'5"....Fit is ok, knees ride the steering wheel a bit. Headroom is OK i guess. It would be nice if the seat went back a bit more though. Other than that its a pretty comfortable ride, ive made 700+ mile trips in it on more than one occasion.

5'8'', I have plenty of space above my head. I sit straight and not slanted towards the back. I've gone through some serious bumps and I still don't hit my head on the roof....people on the back.....well I'm glad I'm the driver.

Another thing about being a bit tall is that when I'm releasing the clutch if I were to bring my knee straight up it would hit the steering wheel just about where the friction point is. So right as I let the clutch out I'm sliding my foot off the side of the pedal and that makes it sometimes hard for me to release the clutch smoothly.
When I have some money to spend I want to look into the options for buying some different seats I think that would improve the situation a lot.

Hmm, try tilting the wheel up some and/or turning your foot out a little. Of course with how my knees are I have no choice but to have my foot turned out and I'm more likely to rub the door panel than to hit the wheel. Central seating would solve all my problems, if only it were more commonplace. tongue.gif

I'm 6'1" tall, and have tons of room in my '97 convertible. I almost bought a 2015 Miata last week, but my Celica handles better, and has more room.....and is paid for. biggrin.gif

I wonder if the convertibles have more headroom. They certainly don't have a thick top.

Hey Box biggrin.gif Stock, the Miata has way too much body roll. My Celica GT is the flattest car I've ever driven, and my wife and I look for twisting roads on our weekend trips. I turned into a Taco Bell at 40 mph once...LOL! Having said that, I take pictures of every parked Miata I find, and we're still looking for the One.
