You're doing it right. Thank you. If the Miata had the power I'd reciprocate...

Could get a MKIII if you hadn't bought the Subaru and all of those Celica parts. tongue.gif

Could always get a SC300, fundamentally it's the coupe version of the MKIV for a fraction of the price. Sure the SC weighs more, but there's a lot of things that can be changed without effecting the car's comfort. I.E. get some Supra front seats, remove the full size spare, replace the stock exhaust and rims, etc... It was possible to save like 150-200 pounds just doing stuff like that, ridiculous. tongue.gif If I could ever find one with the 5-speed I'd like to give them a try.

Thanks, called 'slate blue pearl'. I don't think it looks as nice in person but it does in pictures oddly. Even more oddly the wheels make the color of the car look nicer, I can't figure that one out at all. This summer it's getting a good buff down and detail so it's easier to maintain the gloss and shine over the summer and next winter. I need to touch up some things on it too, like the paint on the leading edge of the hood before rust sets in there, on the inside of edge of the trunk too, re-line the wheel wells with undercoating and re-under coat the bottom of the car as well.

Nooo no no. We get snow, this is the winter car. Celica is for low, 626 (Stitch) is for winter/foul weather and as such keeps stock ride height and stock suspension parts only. No lowering, no upgrading the sway bars. Brakes and wheels are strictly safety enhancements, the stock suspension is just fine. Mazda did well enough there for a sedan with predictable stable handling. My only desire are those rear disc brakes I know just won't happen. I will replace the worn original front struts this summer I think though and the lower control arms due to worn out hydro bushings.

I traded in my daily (2007 G35s sedan) and picked up this 2015 IS250 F-Sport.
