im planning to swap my engine on my Celica but still got problems around on all my choises..if i buy Full engine clip (front) half cutted 99% are unused for 4 ++ years so i need a big one service and the half cut clips are expensive atleast in my country ...2) buy front half cut and the subframe and make it AWD with a lot of work ,i reject the 3SGE its waste of money .. so i decide to work on 7AFE motor block...
i see many people on youtube e.t.c they have 7AFE block and they have 4AGE's blacktop 20V head gasket on it with rods and pistons from 4AGE's block on 7AFE's ...and other people they have turbo kit on 7AFE and it works very good on 0.4 BAR with no forged things they say 7A's and 4A's block are very powerful and they car hold 200-220 turbo charged horse power or injection....

SO QUESTION IS...
1) Do they mean the 7AFE block from the motor that AT200 has or there's other 7AFE block...Does blacktop 20v head gasket fit on it?
2) If i do this and after years i decide to put turbo on the motor with forged bielle and pistons, aftermarket ECU am i forged to make custom intake for 5th injector?

Yes it's a 7a block, they're pretty much all the same, and they put a 4age head on it to make a 7age. if you're looking for less work id probably say just swap a beams in. If you're okay with some work, put a silver or black top 4age head on it. Last resort turbo the 7a.

If you're just gonna buy a turbo kit instead of custom making it, I'd move turboing to before doing the head swap

As for he head gasket fitting, I can't remember off the top of my head when I was researching but I believe so.

As for the custom intake, I want to say yes, but again I'm not sure as I've forgotten a lot of what I read up on.
