My account (qatar11) is locked out after trying to change the Email Address... it doesn't think I need a new verification code but I can't post or anything...

Myself and Rusty are the most active mods, but there's nothing we can do about a locked account. You'll have to get in touch with Coomer about getting your account unlocked, unless your posts just aren't showing up. Then you'll have to go through the new member process where your posts are kept invisible until a mod approved them.
