So good news/bad news.
Good: Guac is made. Bad: 2 of 4 avocados were ****. But I had already chopped up the peppers, onion, tomato and added the first two when I found the last two were bad. So there's 4 avocado's worth of pepper in with 2 avocado. If anyone would like to bring along 2 good ones I could mix them into the batch to mellow it out or we can have a small but very hot batch. -------------------- |
