I wonder if the knuckle is warped somehow? Maybe pick a knee assembly from the junk yard and swap the knuckle over.

Hmmmmm... Did not even think about the knuckle... It would make sense too. My wife was punted in the right rear when she was stopped at a light before it started eating bearings. The car got moved about a foot. We haven't gotten it realigned since then. Maybe the knuckle got torqued just enough to cause the bearings to not be happy. I would figure that there would be some uneven tire wear, but I check for that every time I rotate...

Edit: The affected wheel bearing is the left front, opposite of where she was hit (which would make sense).

That seems a stretch, the alignment shouldn't cause bearings to fail like that and to warp a knuckle you'd have to bang it up pretty hard or get it really hot, but that's the only part that that's been the constant that hasn't changed. The hub has been changed, the bearing has been changed, the nut is torqued to spec now, the only parts that haven't been changed are the knuckle and the axle right? The axle shouldn't cause any issue, it's seated inside the hub. Unless there's some fault in how you're assembly the hub and bearing together into the knuckle...like if you're pressing the hub in without supporting the inner bearing races?

How does the inside of the hub look? If there's any damage in there it can chew up your bearings. Some of the biggest causes of bearing failure are heat, contaminants, and improper installation. Given that they are new bearings, there likely isn't a lubrication issue. Could be heat or the way the bearing has been installed. Are you having the same shop install it each time?

My dad looked through his "technician database" yesterday and found that people have been having issues with the Dorman Hubs (that's what we used).

We're using a hub tamer tool to press the bearing into the hub.

The strut is worn, they all are. Haha! I don't see a bad strut affecting the bearing THAT much.

I think I'm going to get an OEM hub and try that. Hopefully it lasts longer than 3 months.

That's a possibility! I've seen some issues with Dorman products over the past few years myself, they had a bad run of ball joints on their import control arms.

Ask if you pay with cash if they give a discount. Credit card transactions are expensive.

I can get shop price, but by the time you drive all the way here for it you'll have burned more money than it would have saved you.
