If you have never sat in one just pull the trigger and get one or a set. They are remarkably comfortable for a bucket! And also look the best with the color scheme in my opinion.

Not much of an update. I spent the day yesterday with my buffer in hand and the paint restoration kit. I believe the results speak for themselves, I am completely taken away by how fantastic it looks!

She's gorgeous!!

I did that last weekend. Just me, my Celica, some rubbing compound, a clay bar, and caranuba wax. She seriously looks brand new. Used up all the daylight, too!

Thanks!! It was pretty relaxing, that is until I spelt the polish. Luckily the kit came with enough to do the car at least 3 times.

Unfortunately we won't be able to make it to the meet. We are for sure out for this one. frown.gif Which is too bad because I'd love to catch up with everyone and see everyone's progress.

I cant remember the cut off hand. I was pretty mild, there are still a few light swirls. Over all it did a really nice job, the hardest part turned out to be removing the gunk after cutting. I didn't want to start polishing after cutting even though the instructions never mentioned anything about cleaning the residue off. I just decided to clay the car after the cut to make sure nothing got back into the paint.

you are supposed to Buff off the residue IIRC then go to polishing, but I guess if you clayed it then wiped off the spray when doing that, it basically yielded the same result

LET THERE BE CARBON!!!

(and some other stuff) laugh.gif

Made a huge amount of progress over the week. Installed the heat shield after over a year of stripped bolts on the manifold. Also installed some hood struts for the soul purpose of carbon fiber!
The fitment of this is spot on! I have messed with laying carbon myself and I can say that there was no messing around when this was made, the quality is great!
