Older than I'd like but the 18th week of 2012, so almost four years old. I looked them over really well and there's no cracking or the like, being the kind of tire they are I'm sure they'll wear out within the next two years anyway.

Soooooo much better is an understatement. First and second gear are useful now, got into it in second and hunkers down and goes with no sliding out nonsense like it had been. Didn't get into it all the way in first today but seems to put it down and goes without much drama. Cornering and overall stability along with feel are greatly improved as well, they ride better and are a little quieter too. They do have that weird noise in the 40-45 mph range like mentioned in so many reviews but it doesn't seem too terrible. Overall really pleased with the change, it's weird but it feels slower now but I guess that's because of it being more tame.

Burn out do!

Dropped off the Accord this morning to my mechanic to have fun with. Got around to changing my passenger side window motor on the poopra after work after receiving them from Japan. I'm happy that I have 2 working windows again, so it's not all oddly janky when I only have 1 window down with the targa off.

Because it has a V8 with a stick shift, and they look cool. smile.gif I just don't like abusing my cars, I'm all up for autocross or track days as much as the next guy though. thumbsup.gif Think of me as a younger American version of James May and it all works out. tongue.gif

NEVER, it's exactly how I've wanted one for ages and the only cars I'd possibly like as much or more are considerably more expensive.

I had thought about it, but I figured in here was sufficient.

I know, this last weekend when I had it lifted on each corner changing out wheels I gave all the bushings I could easily access an once over and they're still good. I know it's been garage kept most of its life and from what I can tell the first two owners were fairly meticulous and never abused it much like myself, it's almost like I was destined to own this car between that and how it's optioned. I do plan on redoing bushings when I get to the suspension though, but next up are brakes and I've been looking into the various options there.
