  Why I'm selling it: I have owned this car for the past 15 years and the time has come to finally sell it and get something that is a little bigger and more practical as a daily driver. The basics: The car is a 98 GT with 165k on the clock. It is daily driven and 100% mechanically sound. It has a 2nd gen 3sgte swap which was completed in 2004. It also has a Megasquirt DIYPNP standalone ecu which has been running for the past 3 years. Paint is in good shape, but body has a few small dents from being a daily driver. And yes, the AC works and is ice cold. This would make a great starting point for someones project car. With the standalone ecu, it would just need a set of injectors and a bigger turbo to take it to the next level of performance. seems like sooner or later the US side of the celicas will dissipate, the europe side will continue at least.

It's times like this where living in Cali has it's negatives. I suppose I could register it non-op, but then I'd need to get a truck to trailer it to tracks and a bunch of stuff that I just can't afford. Good luck with your sale, hero's are remembered but legends never die.
