Awesome, should help stiffen the chassis and make it safer all at the same time. I look forward to some autocross and/or some track day vids.

What did you choose for those spherical bearings. I've been thinking of replacing the rubber bushings. Also, isn't prime awesome??

my shifting sucks, so i have decided to try anything, even going to a regular shifter. The bushing from prime was 18 bucks, and the bearings where 45. worth a try. if not then must be the cables, need lube? im tired of having to fight to shift..

oh and the slave, was worth a try, because i have a regular s54 slave.. so will see.

prime is awesome. at one point in time i may change the bearing, but that is a long story

Perhaps could get someone to move the shift selector through the gears while you look under the car, see if it's binding anywhere.

ST 205 cables,

to solve the shifter cables from hitting the header, i did it by trying to move the cable to the side with this...

13FAB43F

and then covering with shielding covers.. up to 3000 heat...

3CC7C988

The cable is not compressed is loose, so this would not be a reason to bind, assuming cables need lube? and other stuff.

That tach adapter is primarily for engine swaps right? My tachometer is broken, and I'm looking to take it apart and diagnose the problem soon. From some online research, it seems like the problem should be solved by just replacing the internal capacitors, but that digital adapter seems interesting (although pretty expensive). I understand that you solved a different problem when working on your tach, but since you had it taken all apart and everything, do you know if the capacitors inside the tach are a common failure point? I apologize if this question isn't relevant to your build, you obviously know a lot about these cars so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Just trying to do the job right the first time I remove the gauge cluster from my car.
