Is it possible to change my bolt pattern from 5x100 to 5x114.3?
The wheels I want are in 5x114.3 17x10 20offset.
So if I got the conversion adapters from 5x100 to 5x114.3 it would add 25mm.
It would make the wheels I want w/5offset, which would poke like crazy.

Is the disc conversion mandatory? I see the post says to buy Camry rear rotors, so idk if it will convert to disc with them or stay as a drum set up?? I知 confused.

As far as I know the Camry didn't have drums in those years, even if they did I'm sure no one has done it and all the info out there would be for discs. You'd need the parking brake cable and parking assembly, back plate, and caliper setup off a 6th gen GT then the Camry rotor. Also I'm fairly sure 10" wide with +20mm offset won't fit, unless you're going to pull the Hell out of the fenders or cut up the car and put on flares: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...t=0&start=0

Alright sweet didn稚 know about the parking cables n backplate stuff, glad u are here lol. I found a member with 17x10 20offset all around on his 6gc and I知 liking it. Just different wheel style I知 getting.

We have stickys for a reason.

ON TOPIC:

If you are going to do this conversion, you might as well change the rears to disks. Box is right. Camrys were not available with drum brakes after 93.

I've tried the hellaflush thing, and I'm not a fan. I prefer to drive my cars. To each his own though. FWIW: the member you linked is probably running 215 or 225 series tires on those 10" wheels.

You know what really looks cool? Functional rim and tire setups. You can be more flush and have better handling than stock if you do it right. Can't remember with the 6th gen Celica, but if you get the offsets right you should be able to fit 8-9" wide with a 225 series tire and it be fairly flush without rolling. I guess the main thing is for the love of all things holy don't have that much tire stretch... Depending on the tire 225 on 9" is bad enough, but some with wider tread sections than others it doesn't look all that stretched. Not trying to tell you what to do, it's your car, but if you care about how the car handles and feels to drive at all then you should strongly reconsider what you're wanting. Plus you should be able to find something 8-9" wide in 5x100 to your liking, paired with some good summer tires it'll totally transform how the car handles and feels only in positive ways.

I agree. That's why I went from this:



225/45 on a 9"

to this:



245/45 on the same wheel

The first wasn't even that stretched, but it was still enough to make me uncomforatble.

Yeah been looking at the conversion and rear disc conversion costs and labor is gonna be a hole in the wallet, I might just run these 17x8 30 offset concave wheels instead and their in 5x100, so it値l save me a bunch.

If you can find a 17x8-9 in 5x100 you really like and the offset is 30-40mm you can always fine tune it with spacers to get it to the desired flushness. That and you can put the money saved towards some great summer tires and anything else you've been wanting to do. Once you get a nice street performance alignment and take it down a twisty road you'll love it.

I agree. That's why I went from this:



225/45 on a 9"

to this:



245/45 on the same wheel

The first wasn't even that stretched, but it was still enough to make me uncomforatble.

Another thing is the tire diameter and sidewall height, I see Miata with 225 on 15x9 all the time and it doesn't look quite as stretched.
