Yup. it's '95 auto, targa, DET3 piggy back, older dinosaur turbo kit, freshly painted RSP (was originally red), CCW SP500 wheels that need a good cleaning, etc. It's an interesting car in general from what I've heard about its history.

After 9 months of work the SC300 NA-T is finally moving under its own power.
Finished SC300

Next I need to get it tuned so I can safely run some boost.

Well there's her problem, if it were a hardtop with a stick it'd be better.

My eyes say there needs to be more poke in the rear, but then logic says no that's a terrible idea.

It pokes a little bit at the bottom where the rubber meets the road which is the most critical part of the whole car.
Honestly, I still think the front of the car is a little ugly. The 'frog eye' headlight bumps kind of throw off the lines of the car. HOWEVER they're supremely functional and function over form all the time so I love it.

That and you want a wider front track in a FWD car anyway, probably just the angle emphasizing it too so meh.

The only problem with the Z06 is that it came as the fixed roof coupe only, the liftback looks so much better. That aside the Z06 is better in most every way over the standard C5.

sad day, a chevette!

I needed a LS in my life, and given the other LS options this is the best for the $.

Thanks Ferdi. I am really happy with the stable right now. Add in the diesel and the zx6r and I have pretty much everything i need(Besides AWD).

Hell of a nice day out today after last night's rain, so figured I'd take the Celica out for a drive. Pic makes the car look cleaner than it really is. Hasn't gotten a bath in like......4 months.
