This was an odd ball day where we hit the 70s during the day. We're now in the mid-40s and will be tomorrow.

Celica can do 40 and dry, but wet below about 55-60 is right out. The water keeps the tires cold, I meab I can even get them warmed up into the low 40's and high 30's but road salt...

Holy ****, this is you? lol I've always wondered who this screen name was. Likewise!

Yeah, Mike told me about the Rav4. lol we took it out to dinner today after he cleaned the mess out of it and it was kinda sketchy with the brakes. lol

Got this a couple weeks ago. 2015 S4, with every option.

I wasn’t in the market for a new car, but VW sent me a nice letter saying that my car was a pre-production unit, and it needs to be destroyed, so they bought me out of the car after a bit of a legal spat back and forth between my lawyer and their team.

Wait wut? Pre-production unit? How did you buy an 'engineering sample' car? LOL!? Is this their way of phrasing 'emissions cheating model'?

You’re allowed to sell pre-production cars, but you have to do a couple of things:

1: you need to document what specifically is different on it from standard production.

2: you cannot sell it as new.

VW did neither of those things to 254 people in the US, and about 6700 in Europe.

Project update on the supra, engine and trans are out. Gas tank is getting replaced. In the process of waiting for cxracing to send my engine mounts for the LS. Baby steps so far. Now trying to find a good brake upgrade.

And where's box?!

Mustang Cobra front brakes or Mercedes S500 front brakes are good budget big brakes. After that, solid steel lines and good pads, then you'll be good to go.

That is a very nice photo, shows off the green nicely. Times like this green sneaks up into my favourites with purple, blue, and teal.

Haha, since I don't have the money to do anything like that to it I might be ok. What can go wrong with the 5S there? tongue.gif They look so good as hardtops with the wraparound rear spoiler, so good. I would love one with the 1MZ or 2GR though, since I have incredibly modest power goals I think it'd be the way to go.

With what I assume to be an actually good chassis, a nice bump in grunt, that thing must be some of the cheapest performance on the road. Tasteful mods and timeless looks, it’s such a desirable car.
